ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

MBALI SIBISI

Mbali Sibisi is the principal of OfferNET ZAR and has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services and mining sectors. Companies she worked with include Liberty Life, Citadel Investment Company and 360 Life (previously known as Union Life). She’s worked in various roles, including:

    •   Personal benefits
    •   Employee benefits
    •   Broker distribution
    •   Wealth and asset management

Mbali has also successfully managed a number of consulting projects for insurance companies such as Hollard, Workers Life and SGI Guarantee Acceptance (a division of Constantia Insurance Limited).

In the mining sector she worked with private equity, venture capital and other funding institutions to unlock financing for a variety of different projects, including:

    • Early stage mineral development projects
    • Brownfield projects searching for expansion and development capital
    • Projects searching for debt finance and equity injections

Her endeavours have seen her working in a number of different mining jurisdictions such as Botswana, Zambia and Tanzania. The project partners in these ventures included Bravura Capital, Pan African Investments, Bigen Africa and Castle Pines Private Equity .

In 2018 Mbali decided to diversify her business skills into the exciting world of digital marketing, bringing a wealth of experience, specifically around campaign project development and management. She is the sole proprietor of OffernetZAR, a digital marketing agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa, which is part of an international network of Offernet agencies headquartered in London.
